Payments:
Advance payment in full for the entire tour package must be made to Phuentshok Tours & Treks at least one month prior to your arrival. It is advisable to remit payment for Druk Air flights three months in advance or at the time of booking. This will facilitate us in obtaining confirmed seats on the requested flights.

Payment is done through wire transfers. We do not have credit card facility in Bhutan for tour payments. Tour services are confirmed subject to advance payment only. We will provide full information on remittance of tour payments when we cost your requirements.

Tour/Trek Cancellation:
The tour programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

a) 30 days before date of arrival in Bhutan : Free
b) Before 21 days : 10% of tariff
c) Before 14 days : 15% of tariff
d) Before 7 days : 30% of tariff
e) 7 days or less : 50% of tariff
f) After arrival in Bhutan : 100% of tariff

Flight Cancellation and/or Changes:

The flights booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges. Similarly, charges apply any changes required for flight dates and names. Charges levied are as follows:

a) Cancellation
i. Before 30 days of date of travel : 100% refund
ii. Between 10 – 30 days : 50% refund
iii. Within last 10 days : No refund/ Ticket valid for 1 year
iv. Administrative fee : US$ 25 per cancellation

b) Changes in flight dates : US$ 10 or equivalent local currency
c) Name corrections after obtaining PNR : US$ 25 or equivalent of local currency
